Vreteno simulates movement of particles in viscous fluid flows under the influence of hydrodynamic and magnetic forces. The particles are moving due to the action of gravity, buoyancy, drag, pressure gradient and added mass forces. When the fluid flows through the area of a non-uniform external magnetostatic field, the resulting magnetophoretic force working on the particles is also considered. Numerical simulation of dilute suspensions is the main target of this work, thus the coupling between the two phases is a one-way action of the fluid on the particles.
